In the last few weeks there has been great excitement at the Howick Hospice House in the township of Mpophemeni. As it was school holidays the children came for 3 full day of activities. Their room was painted out in bright colours and a beautiful wall hanging was donated. One day there were lessons in knitting with prizes for the best ones. To celebrate the arrival of the funding from TIAS ARMS, the childrens' room was officially opened with a party, more knitting and art work. The children who come here are affected by HIV/AIDS in some way - either they are suffering themselves or their family is.
